We are pleased to offer for sale this larger than average, semidetached property situated in a popular and sought-after location convenient to the town centre, train station and new hospital.
The property has a large front garden, a large lounge, sitting / dining room, kitchen and 3 large double bedrooms.
The property is situated in an area where there are other considerable properties renovated to a high standard. This property has the potential for huge redevelopment, extending into a modern 4 bed family home.
The house has huge potential with the ability to add a double height extension on the side of the property. This will significantly extend the sq footage and allow you to have 4 excellent size bedrooms, ideally with master and bedroom 2 having en-suite facilities.
